We began by getting to the core of what Tiger Eye Properties stands for — the confidence, precision, and bold perspective of a female-owned firm entering a market that doesn't always make room for newcomers. With the positioning defined, we developed the full brand identity system: the tiger eye house mark combining a bold animal illustration with a residential silhouette, the amber and black color palette that signals energy and authority in equal measure, typography that bridges editorial sophistication with real-world clarity, and a comprehensive brand guidelines document that ensures every future application stays on-brand. Print and digital newsletter templates extended the identity into client communication, giving Tiger Eye a consistent voice across every format.

The Tiger Eye Properties palette — amber and black — wasn't a creative decision. It was a strategic one. In a real estate market where most firms default to blues and grays that signal generic professionalism, amber commands attention. It's warm without being soft, bold without being aggressive, and unmistakably memorable in a field of forgettable competitors. The tiger eye itself — the amber iris against dark markings — became the brand's visual anchor: sharp, focused, and impossible to ignore.

Tiger Black grounds the identity with authority. The near-black drawn from the logo's tribal markings prevents the palette from reading as playful or casual — it gives amber the gravity it needs to be taken seriously in enterprise real estate contexts. Together, the two colors do exactly what a real estate brand needs to do before a word is read: communicate that this firm is confident, distinctive, and operating at a level above the standard.
